The trustees of WDHCS propose to regularise the current company membership, to remove any uncertainty as to the identity and status of current members, to confirm the current membership, and to restrict membership to the trustees from time to time.  As part of this, in accordance with article 26.2 of WDHCS’s constitution, the membership of any non-trustee is to be ended.  The trustees consider that aligning the office of trustee and membership is in the best interests of the charity and its effective and efficient governance.  

Any members affected are entitled to make relevant representations in relation to this matter, either personally or by a representative. The trustees request that representations are made in writing to the trustee board in advance of the meeting so that these can be considered by the trustees in full before the matter is voted on.
